Those interested in presenting a paper or a poster/project at the symposium are invited to submit a proposal to firstname.lastname@example.org – if they have not already done so – by January 31, 2022.
Proposals should include the following:
- Presenter’s name
- Presenter’s affiliation (if applicable)
- Presenter’s e-mail and contact information
- What type of presentation you would like to give: poster/project or paper
- A (working) title
- An abstract containing between 1,400 and 2,800 keystrokes (including spaces). Please use an ordinary text document (e.g. Microsoft Word, Pages, OpenOffice etc.) and stick to Unicode characters whenever possible. We encourage you to use a font that covers runes, phonetic symbols and relevant characters with diacritics, for instance Junicode. For runes and transliterations you may also use Svante Lagman’s standard fonts Runlitt A and Futhark A or the Bergen fonts Gullskoen and Gullhornet.
The format for the presentations will be 20 minutes alotted for the paper itself and ten minutes for discussion. Accepted languages are Danish, English, German, Norwegian, and Swedish. Please indicate if you wish to give your talk in another language than that of the abstract.
